COMERCIAL DEL SUR DE PAPELERÍA (CSP) ACQUIRES THE MAIN ASSETS OF THE ADVEO GROUP IN FRANCE.
This award takes effect as of 10 December 2025 at 00:00 hours, from which moment our Group assumes the management of the transferred assets. The operation will be implemented through our subsidiary in France, CS COMLANDI, SAS.
CSP is a 100% family-owned group, distributing and manufacturing office products, stationery and school supplies since 1958, with a presence in France, Spain and Portugal. Following this operation, the Group will have more than 400 employees, operating in France under the brands HyperBuro® and Rouge Papier®, in addition to PleinCiel®, Calipage® and Buro+®. In Spain, the Group operates through the Carlin® retail chain.
Furthermore, the CSP Group distributes the leading national and international brands and operates logistically through two platforms in France (Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf and Saint-Quentin-Fallavier) and two in Spain (Málaga and Guadalajara), to which the logistics platform in Valence, awarded in the ruling, will be added.
CSP is also part of the international alliance InterAction, comprising the major European distributors in the sector and owner of the exclusive brand Q-Connect®.
With regard to the commercial networks, we confirm that the PleinCiel®, Calipage® and Buro+® brands (enseignes) remain fully in force.
CSP will work to strengthen all our brands by incorporating new product ranges, services and tools, and by leveraging the synergies generated through this integration, together with our technological and logistical capabilities.
Our logistics capacity is fully scaled to continue providing the usual level of service without interruption and we hope to coordinate all operations as quick as possible.
We are confident that this operation represents a decisive step towards a new phase of sustainable growth, enabling us to continue developing new solutions and services for the benefit of our customers and distributors.
